Auditions for DCP theatre’s first Family Show of the year, Dorothy and the Wizard of Oz, are coming up on Feb. 27th and 28th   at 7:30 pm. The cast consists of 7 main rolls:  Dorothy, Glinda, Scarecrow, Tinman, Lion, Wicked Witch of the West, and the Wizard of Oz.  For these rolls, we are looking for people ages 15-40. Also the Lollipop Guild, made up of 6 or 7 children ages 6-18.

ABOUT Dorothy & The Wizard of OZ at dcp theatre

Will Dorothy and Toto ever find ther way back to Kansas?  Will her friends, the Scarecrow, the Tin Man, and the Cowardly Lion, ever find a brain, a heart, and the nerve?  Unlike most versions of The Wizard of OZ, this interactive tale gets the audience involved in the action.  Its a creative adaptation of a classic story that will be fun for the whole family!
