Dear Valued Patrons,
A few months ago, DCP was notified that our Box Office ticketing system, Vendini, had been acquired by a new company- Audience View. Audience View has decided to phase out the Vendini program and DCP is now in the process of upgrading ticketing systems to AudienceView Professional.
The final stages of our system upgrade process will begin this week. This will cause several features of our main website to stop working for multiple days or more. All online sales including tickets, gift certificates, donations, etc. will be unavailable until the upgrade is complete and all features are set up in our new system.
Important data, Patron information, and transaction history will be migrated into our new system to a certain extent, but previous order confirmation numbers will no longer be recognized by the new system. Although we had not anticipated making this major system change just a few months ago, we are thankful that this is happening at a moment when performances are not active and we have time to ensure everything is properly migrated and programmed into AudienceView Professional.
